Founded in 2002, Silverleaf is part of the DC Ranch Community, which encompasses 8,300 acres, with almost half dedicated to open spaces that highlight the desert beauty, mountain, golf, and city views. Named for the historic mining claim filed on the property in the late 1800s, the land is located to the south of DC Ranch proper and boasts an array of residential activities both on and off the greens.
It is an easy drive to Scottsdale proper, with easy access to SR 101 at Pima-Princess to the east, or Frank Lloyd Wright-Bell to the South. Silverleaf is a short drive from the amenities found at the Pavilions at Talking Stick, and less than 20 minutes from the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons shopping centers.
