One of the largest communities in Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch lies in what is considered to be central Scottsdale, between Indian Bend and Shea Boulevard. It is east of Paradise Valley and west of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Covering about five square miles, McCormick Ranch is home to high-end shops and offices that are located off the Hayden Road corridor, and is just west of the Pavilions Shopping Center at Talking Stick.
The area is almost directly between the shopping amenities found to the south in Old Town Scottsdale and to the north at both Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter. Home to many schools within the Scottsdale Unified School District, McCormick Ranch has multiple green spaces that are connected to the City of Scottsdale’s Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt.
